Session 1 - Initial appointment. Used to gather information and commence some screening.

Some screeners will be sent via email for you to complete before session 1 and/ or between session 1 and 2.

Session 2 & 3 - Collate assessment and screener results and explore findings.

Session 4 - Presenting report findings and feedback.

Session 5 onwards - Continued therapy and skill building.

Many of our clients appreciate the flexibility of online sessions, and we recognise accessibility can be a deterring factor in reaching out for support, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, or busy work and life schedules. Our secure video platform ensures your privacy while maintaining the same quality of care as face-to-face sessions.

Your first session is all about getting to know each other and creating a comfortable foundation for your therapeutic journey. Our Surry Hills psychologists will ask about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. There's no pressure to share everything immediately, you can go at your own pace. We'll also explain how therapy works, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions you might have about the process.
